Returns Policy
We offer a 90 days return policy! We accept returns on all non-personalised products within a period of 90 days from delivered order. The products must be in a “re-sellable” condition with all original tags and branded packaging.
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
To initiate a return please send an email to [email protected] for our customer service team to process your request. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label free of charge, To return the item simply:
- re-package your item in suitable packaging.
- Attach the free Evri return label.
- Drop the parcel off at your local Evri delivery office.
- Evri will then deliver your item(s) to our warehouse for inspection.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received by our team there will be a maximum of 5 days processing time.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment card.
You will be notified by email when our team has processed your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:
- Check your bank account or credit card company.
- Contact your bank or financial institution; there is often bank processing time before a refund is available to your account.

Exchanges
The same 90 day return process applies if you are looking to exchange. To request a size exchange or to swap for a product of equal value, simply email our customer service team to begin the process.
The process is as follows:
- Agree exchange details with our team and estimated delivery time.
- We will email you a free returns label for your original item.
- Re-package the original item and attach the returns label to the packaging.
- Drop your return off to your local Evri delivery office.
- Once received, we will dispatch your order with in the agreed time frame
- An email will be generated with your new tracking information
Personalised Items
Personalised items are not eligible for refund credit however can be returned for an exchange.
Unless of a product defect, personalised items do not fall within the normal category for refund.
Defective Products
If you feel as though your item may be defective or has any quality issues, simply contact our team and we will be happy to rectify the problem.
In the case of a defect, we ask you to return the item with a free return shipping label for our team to inspect the item, while we exchange or refund your original purchase.
