Thank you for shopping with Pro Sport Shop. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments exclusively via Stripe in British Pounds (GBP). Supported methods include:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
Bank Transfers (via Stripe’s payment links, if enabled)
Stripe Link (autofill saved payment details)
Note: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe—we do not store or handle your card details directly.
2. Currency & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees for payments outside the UK. We are not responsible for these charges.
Prices include sales tax and customs duties as UK VAT is not applicable on sale but exclude customs duties, to other territories outside the UK which may apply depending on your location.
3. Payment Security
Stripe, our payment processor, uses PCI-DSS-compliant encryption and adheres to global security standards.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
Your order is confirmed only after Stripe successfully authorizes your payment.
If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You’ll receive an email prompting you to retry with a valid payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or payment irregularities.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds follow our Refund Policy and will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Under UK Consumer Rights, you may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (exclusions apply; see our policy).
Chargebacks: Unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension. Contact us first at [email protected] to resolve issues.
6. Cross-Border Compliance
As a Hong Kong-based business, we comply with Hong Kong SAR laws and international payment regulations.
UK customers retain rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Failed Payments & Disputes
Update expired or declined payment methods via your account dashboard.

8. Subscription Services (if applicable)
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically in GBP.
Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us 48 hours before renewal.
